The 'P' Structure | Business Structure |

  1. It is very important for any business or start-up to understand their market. Why they are doing? What is the final goal? i.e. either for paisa, power, position and prestige or for all of them or something else.

You must know to whom you are going to transact your business.


In P structure, we are going to know about 4 fundamental factors for which any business runs/operates.

We will also learn about players involved in market. If you want that your business/enterprise/start-up gets success than you need to deal with all of them.



  1. THE “P” STRUCTURE.

  1. “P” Structure includes two Factors
(A) Motivational Factor for doing Business.

It refers to that factor which is necessary for all. This things are basic desires and demands of any individual.

(B) Players involved in Business Structure. 

It refers to that factors on which business is wholly depends. Without this factors business is nothing.

    1. (A) MOTIVATIONAL FACTOR
    • Paisa. 
      • Paisa needed because money is an inevitable necessity of life.
    • Power.
      • Power is needed because it helps you to get things done.
    • Position. 
      • Position is needed because it gives you the ability to issue commands. 
    • Prestige. 
      • Prestige is needed because it gives you social status and recognition.

    1. 1. POLITICIAN

    • Politician is the most dangerous player.
    • He wants Paisa, Power, Position, as well as Prestige.
    • He has No Ethics and No Morality.
    • To win rewards he will resort to the dirtiest tactics possible.
    • He has no permanent Friend or Enemy. 
    • He may switch sides when it more unexpected.


    1. 2. PRESS

    • Press is also dangerous player.
    • The Press can make you an emperor one day and a pauper the next day.
    • It uses its articles to blackmail people, create, and suppress rumours, each of which you have to tackfully deal with.


    1. 3. PUBLIC SERVANT

    • This category includes bureaucrat, policeman, tax authorities, the judiciary, staff in public banks, and all the government employees.
    • They are powerful people who control the law and can frame rules and policies that decide your destiny and mine.
    • They can make or break our lives.


    1. 4. POWER BROKER

    • All the underworld guys, anti-social elements, militant group, and local goons fit in this category.
    • They help politicians suppress the opposition, and therefore rarely punished.
    • With there man and muscle power, these brokers seeks to control the rewards.
    • This power brokers closely works with corrupt public servents to run illegal things.


    1. 5. PRIEST

    • Priest only seems to be a non-entity, but should never be under estimated.
    • The religious priest and spiritual gurus have the ability to make followers behave as per their whims and fantasies.
    • In their battle for power, they can create communal wars, transfer vote-banks to the appropriate politician, and create enough outrage so that their followers will start a revolt.
    • In some places, the priest is himself the politician, which makes the equation even more dangerous.

      • This includes all socialites, party animals, glamorous people, and superstars.
      • The Page 3 people indirectly influence the people.
      • The common man wants to imitate them in every way.
      • Often the celebrities enjoy a blind fan following, and there statements are ultimatums for their fans.

      • Owners of large business houses, and industrial groups that command the majority of the wealth in any economy are part of this category.
      • They needs Paisa for the expansion of their projects, Prestige to attract investors, Power to execute decision, and Position to command markets.
